Hello Magic's virtual receptionists work seamlessly with your business. We handle your calls remotely, following your customized call protocols, to provide a personalized experience for your callers.

After each call we will email clients a transcript and recording allowing clients the opportunity to offer feedback on how we can better communicate with their customers.

Receptionists will check in with clients daily to update availability times to schedule site visits and to give clients a summary of their appointments for the day. At this time receptionists will also ask if there are any happy customers that we should be following up with a call to ask for google maps review and for a referral to for 2-3 neighbors who could benefit from their clients services.

After appointments are schedule receptionists will create a google calendar event with pertinent info and invite both the client and customer.

The client and customer will also receive a group text message with the details for the appointment in case they don't check their google calendar.

Clients will also have access to their own industry specific mastermind group where we learn how to better serve their industry and where clients can connect with like minded growth oriented business owners to provide accountability and support.  

How do I know my current call volume and which plan I should pick?

Our team helps you determine the right plan based on your specific needs. We'll assess your current call volume and recommend a plan that aligns with your business requirements and budget. Usually businesses with one service team will start with the STARTER plan, businesses with 2 service teams will start with the BASIC plan and businesses with 3 or more service teams will start with the PRO plan.

The onboarding FAQ you complete will be uploaded into our system an utilizing our ai tool, it will in real time response suggestions to receptionist based on your FAQ document.

How does billing work? When will I be charged?

The first monthly payment plus set up fee will be processed when you sign up. We will immediately hire your team of receptionists and start their two week in-depth training. At the two week mark after signing up we will schedule your go live date where we will transfer over your calls to our system. At the end of each billing cycle if you are over your allotted minutes usage you will be charged per additional minute. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. NOTE: We do have a 30 day money back guarantee as we are confident you will love our service.
